Briose rapide cu bezele/ Marshmallow muffins

Daca nu ati mai mancat pana acum bezele “gatite”, probabil ca o sa vi se para destul de ciudate aceste briose. Dar bezele, odata bagate la cuptor, capata un gust usor caramelizat. Iar ce imi place si mai mult este faptul ca devin un pic gumate. Nu isi pierd catusi de putin din dulceata, deci, in privinta asta, nu trebuie sa va faceti griji. Puteti folosi orice bezele vreti. Cu cat mai colorate, cu atat mai bine.


Ingrediente (12 briose):

  • 12 bezele
  • 170 g faina
  • 180 g zahar
  • 240 ml lapte
  • 110 ml ulei
  • 1 lingura cacao
  • 1 ou
  • 1 pliculet zahar vanilat (8g)
  • 1 lingurita rasa bicarbonat sodiu

Preparare

Aprindeti cuptorul la 170°/treapta 3 spre 4 si pregatiti tava pentru briose. Amestecati toate ingredientele uscate: faina cernuta cu bicarbonatul de sodiu, zaharul, cacaoa si un varf de sare. Adaugati laptele, uleiul si oul si omogenizati bine, fie cu telul, fie cu mixerul.

Puneti in tava, avand grija sa nu umpleti formele pana sus. Compozitia nu trebuie sa depaseasca 1/2- 1/3 din volumul formelor. In centrul fiecarei briose veti aseza cate o bezea. Nu este nevoie sa o impingeti in compozitie, deoarece oricum va iesi la suprafata.

Dati la cuptor si coaceti pentru 18-20 de minute. Cand sunt gata, le scoateti pe un gratar, pana se racesc complet.


Marshmallow muffins

A very simple muffin recipe with an extra sweetness and chewiness thanks to the marshmallow. I didn’t add many, but just enough to taste them. The cocoa muffins are still the main character here. You can use any type of marshmallow; the more colorful, the better.


Ingredients (12 muffins):
  • 12 marshmallow
  • 1 3/8 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp dutch cocoa
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Directions

Preheat the oven to 338°F and grease a 12-cup muffin pan or line with 12 muffin paper liners. Combine all the dry ingredients: sifted flour, baking soda, sugar, cocoa and a pinch of salt. Add the milk, oil and the egg, stirring after each one. Fill muffin cups about 2/3 and add a marshmallow in the center of each muffin.

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-25 minutes, until well risen and firm to the touch. Let the muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack and let cool completely.
